Ingredients:
* 2 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
* 5 teaspoons of Baking Powder
* ¾ of a teaspoon of Salt
* 4 tablespoons of Sugar
* 2 whole Eggs
* 1 cup of Milk
* 2 tablespoon of Vegetable or Canola Oil
* 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
* ½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
1. Mix eggs together
2. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add milk to dry ingredients.
4. Add eggs to dry ingredients.
5. Mix well.
6. Let rest 15 – 20 minutes before cooking.
7. Cook in pre-heated, buttered pan.
Notes:
Serve with Maple syrup and fresh fruits.
